LTL60C ASPHALT PAVER

LTL60Casphalt paver is suited to pave asphalt material It is widely used for the

construction of highway, urban road, plaza, and parking lots etc.

The machine is mechanical - hydraulicdriving and is equipped with double hydraulic extension screed and automaticleveling unit. LTL60C asphalt paver can pave the road with good leveling andhigh density. The vulnerable parts use advanced wearable material to secure theperformance.

DriveSystem

The whole machine isdriven mechanically-hydraulically. Flywheel end of engine is connected withtransfer case. The front of engine is connected with split flow pumps to supplypower to the components as follows:

    1. crawler traveling devices

    2. conveyor and auger feeder

    3. tamper and vibrating device

    4. hopper folded in & out, screed up& down and other cylinders action


TravelingDevice

It consists of gearbox, transfer case, traveling clutch and chain transmission.

The driven chainwheel activates the crawler.


WeightBearing Mode

There are twocrawlers. Crawler patches are configured with rubber. Each crawler ground toucharea is 2672×300mm.


Steering

The traveling clutchis operated by hydraulic cylinder. The brake can make the machine turn atoriginal place.


Hopper

The capacity is 10tons and operated by hydraulic cylinder for entire discharge.


PushRoller

The roller can swingto push the truck rear wheels.


Conveyor

Left and rightconveyor is independently driven. Clutch is controlled by hydraulic cylinder.
