SAP90 VERSATILE FUNCTION PAVER
SAP90 versatile paver is developed by ourcompany, which is suitable for paving highway base and surface. It absorbsadvanced technology of foreign machine, high automation, easy operation andhigh efficiency make it ideal machine for the user.
The machine is of hydraulicdriving and is equipped with hydraulically extendable screed and mechanicallypieced screed with vibrator and double tamper. Swing of tamper can be adjusted.SPS90 versatile paver can pave the road with good leveling and high density,and its vulnerable parts use advanced wearable material to make sure theperformance.

The whole machine is hydraulically driven, the engine isconnected with gearbox to drive all thehydraulic pumps, which supply power to the components are as followed：
1. Left & right crawlers traveling devices
2. Left& right conveyors
3. Left& right feeders
5. Vibrating devices
6. Hopper folded in & out, screed up & down,screed extension & withdrawal, pivot cylinder
Crawlers at both sides are hydraulically drivenindependently, controlled by microcomputer. It is consisted of variable motorand planet speed reducer of big ratio, which are connected with each other as awhole and installed in the drive hub.
Each crawler has ten bearing wheels of free lubrication,which use power accumulator for tension. The rubber patches are replaceable.Each crawler touch area is 3247*320mm.
Hydraulic normal close disc brake is installed in eachtraveling planet speed reducer respectively.
Left & right crawler driving wheels speed is changedthrough turning potentiometer knob left or right to realize steering.
The capacity is 14 tons. Hopper folded in & out isoperated by hydraulic stroke cylinder for entire discharge.
The roller can swing to push the truck rear wheels.
Scraper is used to convey material. Conveyor soleplate ismade of imported wearable steel plate.
Transmission:There is respective hydraulic driving system for each scrape conveyor, which iscomposed of pump, motor, speed reducer and chain transmission. The driven chainwheel runs the scraper.
Operationspeed: 0—33m/min. Manual operation can be realized through the switches on the operations console. Auto-operation isrealized directly by supersonic material sensor.
The system uses screw feeder which blades are of highwearable material and are easily replaced.
Transmission:There is respective closed hydraulic driving system for each screw feeder,which is composed of variable displacement pump, motor, speed reducer and chaintransmission. The driven chain wheel runs the screw.
Operationspeed: 0—105r/min, variable speed change can be realized through the switcheson the operations console. Auto-operation is realized directly by supersonicmaterial sensor.
Mircro Controller with display. It adopt twobatteries. The voltage is 24V.
There are twolongitudinal and one transverse automatic leveling unit for adjustinglongitudinal and transverse level automatically.
