1. The plunger diaphragm pump can deliversolid-liquid mixture of ≤1.5mm solid particles up to 50% at high pressure.

It can beseen that the plunger diaphragm pump avoids that the conventional plunger pumpcan only deliver pure liquid or the diaphragm pump can only transport thesolid-liquid mixture at a low pressure, and the plunger diaphragm pump can transportliquid that contains solid particles at high pressure .
(1) The material is pumped to the top of thespray tower by a high-pressure pump, and is ejected from the nozzle. Thedroplet is dried by the hot air in the tower during the falling process, andfalls on the bottom of the tower to form particles.

(1)The eccentric (number 1) coupled to the pump shaftalternately pushes the three plungers as it rotates.
(2)The plunger (No. 2) running inside the cylinder pushesthe three diaphragms in turn.
(3) The diaphragm(No. 3) applies pressure to the liquid to perform work.
(4) Similar to the use of engineair valve, the inlet and outlet check valve seat (No. 4 and 5) functions as acheck valve, and the three inlets and three outlets are respectively opened andclosed to allow the liquid to enter, work and discharge. 4.Design Concept
(1)The wearing parts are only thevalve piece, the valve seat and the diaphragm, and the replacement is fast.
(2)The improved version avoids the oil leakage caused bythe removal of the valve cover valve plate when the valve seat is removed. Theoil leakage will not cause the rear end of the diaphragm to enter the air.
(3)The plunger spring of improved size and material iscaught on the inner wall of the plunger to avoid frequent breakage of theplunger spring.
(4)By changing the speed of the motor, the two values offlow rate and pressure can be adjusted. By adjusting the outlet valve, thepressure can be adjusted separately without changing the output flow.
